Willmore Graham Psychological Services offers independent medico-legal assessments in relation to determining the existence and extent of a psychological injury.

Medico-legal assessment reports address the referring organisation's questions.  Objective testing is included with the clinical interview to confirm and also add to, interview feedback.  This comprehensive approach makes for a robust report with defensible content.   Testing can include resilience/stress level appraisals, cognitive impairment evaluations, and symptom detection and severity assessments.

Motor vehicle injury assessments utilise the impairment guidelines contained in the AMA 5 or other preferred edition, when producing reports.

Psychological Fitness for Duty Assessments
(Functional Capacity Evaluations)

Fitness for Duty assessments identify if psychological issues are affecting an employee’s ability to perform their work in an efficient and safe manner.  Recommendations are made in relation to rehabilitation requirements and how to best achieve a successful graduated return to work (GRTW), if appropriate.

A suggested GRTW program can be provided in the report, as well as recommendations in terms of successfully managing identified barriers.

In addition to the Fitness for Duty Assessment, Rehabilitation Case Management through Willmore Graham’s Rehabilitation Consultancy services, can be provided to facilitate, oversee and manage the worker’s treating service providers and GRTW program (if/when deemed fit for a RTW).  This ongoing support shortens the claim period by managing treatment providers and identifying and addressing RTW barriers early.
