Psychological Assessment Services
Fitness for Duty assessments identify if psychological issues are affecting an employee’s ability to perform their work in an efficient and safe manner. Recommendations are made in relation to rehabilitation requirements and how to best achieve a successful graduated return to work (GRTW). A GRTW program can be provided with the report, as well as recommendations for successfully managing identified barriers.
In addition to the Fitness for Duty Assessment, Rehabilitation Case Management through Willmore Graham’s Rehabilitation Consultancy services, can be provided to facilitate, oversee and manage the worker’s treating service providers and GRTW program (if/when deemed fit for a RTW). This ongoing support shortens the claim period by identifying and addressing RTW barriers, early.
